In Nova Scotia, do the tides affect how a toilet flushes?
I have noticed since I moved here, that certain times of the year the toilet doesn't flush properly. I have snaked it and removed it looking for plug gage, but nothing there. Just wondering if the gravitational pull of the moon in the spring (when it is at its strongest) affects how a toilet flushes.

An Easy Guide On Installing WordPress Plug Ins
There are many plug ins available to enhance functionality of WordPress, such as for instance rating systems, post word counts, weather reports and many others. As there is such a vast choice of plug ins, they are not included in the WordPress core files and have to be downloaded. Freely available to the public and designed by volunteers, they are generally considered to be safe and have certainly be tested thoroughly; however it should be noted that they are works in progress and may need some attention by the user. It is advisable to check how to copy wordpress containing plug ins on one of the many tutorial websites (Tamba2, for instance, has some very detailed instructions).
New plug ins to add may be located by users in their Add New tab (Administration/ Plugins panel); as an alternative they could access the WordPress Plugins Repository website. Users wanting to have a go at creating plug ins of their own can find help in the page containing Plugin Resources. The Plugin Compatibility page helps to determine whether a plug in is compatible with a user's version of WordPress.
There are two options regarding the way plug ins are added. The easiest choice is to use the built in WordPress installer. This option makes it possible for users to use the Plugin tab in the Administration panel directly to find, download, install and then activate plug ins. Option two consists of the traditional way of searching for zip files, downloading, expanding and installing them; to be followed by activation using their Plugins Management tab.
Although plug in authors/ developers at WordPress make installation as simple as possible, some plug ins will be more difficult to deal with than others and there are some important issues to be considered before attempting to install any of them. The first thing is to make sure all available information on the webpage, as well as readme.txt files are thoroughly perused. The more information can be gathered before starting the process, the better and the simpler the process will become.
All plug ins have to be down/ uploaded for installation and the user therefore must be well familiarised with procedures of down/ uploads and may also need to have FTP know how. Modifications to various WordPress templates/ files may also be necessary, which makes a familiarity with CSS, CHMOD, PHP and HTML an absolute must. All modifications within files and templates should be recorded by taking down notes in the code, (these should consist of comments regarding changes both before/ after they are made) and also detailing changes within a text file to be saved on the hard drive. Keeping a reminder of changes in this way enables users to repeat them if future problems make this necessary.
Before, as well as after the installation of plug ins, the creation of back up files is vital. If possible, a second copy (specifically of the back up before installation) of these back up files should be saved onto the computer's hard drive (how to copy wordpress and plug ins is explained in available tutorials). The second copy may be used to initially try out changes.
