Microstructure of Steel Weld Metals
Overview on Professional Welding Wires Manufacturing Companies by Raajratnaelectrodes
Since over 100 years welding has played an important role by serving as the base of every industry. It is considered as an art of joining two or more metals together in one joint. Inevitable to say that nowadays welding is a must requirement of almost every industry and construction unit. There are indeed various types of welding requirements these days such as flux cored arc welding, submerged arc welding, stainless steel welding, under water welding and many more. And to meet these varied types of welding requirements, there are various types of welding wires available in the market; all with different shapes, sizes, compositions and other relevant factors. In fact, welding wires are equally important as the welding processes are.
Encompassing the varied range of welding wires requirements there are few professional companies offering range of products in welding wires. Welding wires made from cheap quality hampers the welding process as well as the quality of the weld. A professional company manufacturing these wires has received the approval from various national and international quality agencies such as ABS, BV, DNV, D&B, LRS, P&D, RDSO, BHEL, ESSAR, BIS, IRS, IBR, BAX COUNSEL, THERMAX, TOYO etc. before supplying their products. This ensures the stakeholder regarding the quality of the products and services, and will also make sure that their welding process will go smoothly without any interruptions due to welding wires. Besides, such a company continually keeps on investing in improving their quality standards and meeting their client's exact requirements.
We all know that as a process welding is used for several purposes including constructions of large bridges, roads, skyscrapers and even small things such as computer peripherals, as well as for household purpose or to be even more high end industry specific requirements such as underwater projects like oil rigs. Welding wires plays an important role in all of these requirements. A professional company could supply these wires in different sizes, shapes and composition exactly matching the welding requirements. They ensure that their wires are corrosion resistant and highly durable, improving the overall welding quality. Moreover, some companies provide with extremely tough quality welding wires which can work in extreme temperatures (up to 850°C) and can also survive in some of the extremely below climatic conditions.
The manufactures also takes the packaging into consideration while supplying these wires towards their overseas clients. They utilise high-end packaging materials to make sure that their products reach safely towards their clients. They also provide complete specifications of every wire that they are providing for welding purposes. They also ensure that their products are delivered on time and are in budget.

MIT scholar builds a self-balancing unicycle to roll fast and furious around campus (video) (Engadget)
Sure, we've shown you the goofy SBU v2.0 unicycle, but what's better than a
glorious DIY project? MIT student Stephan Boyer has built his own electrical
uni-ride, which he's dubbing the "Bullet." The single-wheel transporter packs
a custom MIG-welded steel body, two 7Ah 12-volt batteries, an ATmega328 chip
and a 450-watt electric motor. While the Bullet isn't the speediest of
solowheel demons (15mph max), it's on par with its $25,000 Ryno Motors
counterpart. As far as power efficiency, the Bullet can go up to five miles on
a single charge -- more than enough juice to hit a few classroom round-trips.
There's some "Learning to Ride" tips from the creator himself at the source
link, but in the meantime you can watch this unified purple rider in action
after the break.
